You can display bookmarks in chrome.

The bookmark bar is always a keyboard shortcut away.You can use the Bookmark Manager on the Chrome menu to browse through a large collection of bookmarks.

Step 1: The bookmarks bar is displayed.

If you’re on a Mac, press commandl + Shift + B.Beneath the address bar is a horizontal Bookmarks Bar.Press the menu button if you want to show the bookmarks bar.

Step 2: You can access your bookmarks.

There are buttons on the bar.There is a drop-down menu on the far right of the bar.

Step 3: Click on a bookmark to find more options.

There are a number of options on the right-click drop down menu.To change the position of the bookmark on the bar, click and drag it.Control is held down when you click on a Mac with a one-button mouse.Some laptops interpret a two finger press as a right click.

Step 4: You can add the folders.

From the same menu, choose the Add Folder option.You can see the new folder on your bookmarks bar.Click and drag on bookmarks to put them in the folder.You can place this folder directly on the page if you select it from the drop-down folder field.

Step 5: Go to the whole folder.

Right-click a folder and choose “open all bookmarks” to open it.The Bookmark Bar has an empty spot where you can select this.This opens bookmarks that are not in a folder, as well as bookmarks in the “Other Bookmarks” folder.

Step 6: There is an update to the Chrome browser.

There was a more visual, tile-based Bookmark Manager in use.The instructions below will not match your browser if you haven’t updated Chrome since that time.If you’re one of the minority of users who prefer the visual system, you should install the Bookmark Manager extension.The Bookmark Manager has remained the same since a redesign in 2010 and bug fixes in 2011.

Step 7: You can open the bookmarks manager.

Command + option + B can be pressed on Windows or Mac.The Bookmark Manager opens in a new tab.The Bookmarks option can be found in the top menu, the menu button, or the drop down menu.

Step 8: You should arrange your bookmarks.

The bookmarks bar folder can be found in the left pane.In the right pane, drag the individual bookmarks.You can drag bookmarks to the other bookmarks folder.Unless something is in the folder, it will not show up on your bar.

Step 9: New folders can be created.

You can add a folder by clicking the word at the top of the left pane.The folder will be created inside whichever folder you have selected.You can organize bookmarks by dragging them into folders.”Bookmarks Bar” or “Other Bookmarks” will hold all bookmarks and folders.You can’t change the top-level folders.

Step 10: Pick a folder.

You can choose a folder in the left pane.Click the word to organize.All bookmarks in that folder should be arranged by title.

Step 11: The bookmarks menu option is available.

There isn’t a browser bar on the mobile browser.Touch the menu button to view your bookmarks.

Step 12: Place bookmarks in different places.

You can move the bookmark by touching and holding it.Pick any other bookmarks you are also moving after it’s highlighted.There is a picture of a folder and an arrow in the top right corner.Select the folder you want to move the bookmarks to.

Step 13: Your bookmarks can be synchronized with other devices.

If you use the same account for each device’s Chrome app, you can have bookmarks sync between them.Select the menu icon, then the settings in chrome.Touch your account name to access the settings on your mobile device.Check the boxes next to the data you want to share between devices when you switch to “sync everything off.””Advanced sync settings” can be found on the settings menu.For each device, repeat.

Step 14: The bookmarks should be displayed as a list.

If you prefer a list view to the default icon presentation, you can change it in your browser.You can change “Default” to “Enabled” by scrolling to the bottom of the screen and restarting your browser.All of the options on the “flags” page are experimental.There are options that change and disappear frequently.This step is not possible if there is no “enable new ntp” option.
