You’ve probably seen a cheap tip at the meat counter and wondered how you could enjoy it.Sirloin tip can be prepared on the stove top, roasted in the oven, or grilled.The thin meat will cook quickly.The tips can be cut into bites or strips.
Step 1: Cut the meat into pieces.

Step 5: Continue cooking the sirloin tips for another 30 seconds.
Use a spatula to scoop up the sirloin tips in the pan.The tips should be in a single layer.The sirloin tips should be sauted for 30 to 45 seconds.The inside of the bites should be slightly pink and tender.
Step 6: Rest the bites of the sirloin tip.

Step 11: The sirloin tip needs to be roasted.
Put the meat in a roasting pan or tray if you want to cook it in the oven.The steak should be in the oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes.The roast should be between 120 and 130 degrees F (50 to 55 degrees C) for rare or medium.You might need to add more time if the sirloin is larger.

Step 15: The sirloin should be coat with a spice rub.
Add 2 cloves of garlic and 2 grams of vegetable or canola oil to the ground spices in a small bowl.Use a fork to rub the rub evenly over the 2 to 2 1/2 pounds of sirloin tip.
Step 16: A grill is high in heat.
Prepare a charcoal grill by turning it on to high.Dump the hot coals on one half of the grate to make two zones of heat.The grill should be hot and ready to use about 10 minutes before you grill the meat.
Step 17: Grill the meat for 8 to 10 minutes.
Kosher salt is used to sprinkle the seasoned sirloin.Grill the steak for 8 to 10 minutes over the coals.The sirloin should be turned frequently so it cooks evenly.It’s a good idea to use a thermometer to check the temperature.Once it’s finished cooking, it should register 125 degrees F.
Step 18: Take a break and slice the meat.
