How To Clarify Butter

Clarified butter is melted with the water removed.It is a delicious, simple ingredient that is often used in sauces and as a condiment for lobster and other seafood treats.It only takes a few minutes.The first step is to get started.

Step 1: Place butter in a container.

Place butter in a saucepan and slowly melt it.Don’t let it oxidize.

Step 2: Remove the butter from the stove.

The butter will have a foamy surface.

Step 3: Skims.

The clear yellow liquid should be strained into a container using a spoon.

Step 4: Place butter in a container.

If you want to melt unsalted butter, place it in a pan.If you overcook it, it will brown.

Step 5: Allow the butter to stand for a while.

It will rise to its surface.

Step 6: Butter can be passed through a cloth.

After the butter has melted, pour it through a tea towel.Let the liquid run through the cloth.

Step 7: Put butter in a container.

You can put butter in a saucepan over low heat.Don’t let it get too hot.

Step 8: Allow the butter to stand.

Remove it from the heat and let it sit.

Step 9: The butter needs to be put into a bag.

The type of bag you use has a seal.Make sure the bag is locked.

Step 10: Let the butter cool down.

There are two different layers in the bag; a liquid on the bottom and a solid top.

Step 11: The bag has a corner.

To make a small hole for the liquid to run through, cut off one of the bottom corners.

Step 12: The liquid should be put into a bowl.

Solids will not be able to pass through the hole.

Step 13: unsalted butter can be put in a drinking glass.

Step 14: The glass should be put in the microwave.

You can see the three layers when you melt the butter slowly.

Step 15: Allow the glass to stand for a while.

The layer separation is complete.Don’t put it in the microwave.

Step 16: The turkey baster bulb needs to be squeezed.

Take the clear yellow liquid from the glass and put it in the middle layer.

Step 17: It should be put into a separate container.

Continue until all the butter is removed.
