Humans want to be rational, happy, and productive.Some changes can be made to become better people.To be more rational, question your thinking.Make friends and give more.Establish clear goals to be more productive.Eventually, you will be a productive human being.
Step 1: Become solution-oriented.

When you feel negative emotions, it’s a good time to pause and reflect.Emotions are not always positive or negative.Sometimes emotions happen for no reason at all.”Which emotion am I feeling?”Which negative thoughts or experiences have made me feel this way?

Building strong relationships with other people can make you feel better.Friends can make you feel better.It helps you feel less negative if you have someone share your experience with you.Being a listening ear can make you feel happier.Meeting new people, being friendly, and persevering through obstacles are some of the things you can do to build a friendship.It will help you feel connected to something beyond yourself if you engage in a spiritual pursuit.A strong social network can be found in a church, synagogue, mosque, or temple.
Step 8: Be kind to others.
Being kind makes you happy.People who care for others often have a better sense of well-being.You can be kind to other people.You can help someone who needs it by serving food at a soup kitchen or moving boxes for a friend.It is possible to be kind by donating money.Look for people who need help or are cheering up.
Step 9: Be grateful.
