Step 14: Pass a drug test, medical evaluation, and background check.

After the interview, you’ll get information on how to complete the mandatory government drug test and a medical evaluation.The background check is completed by the TSA on their own.The general evaluations are the final hurdle in your career with the TSA.

Step 15: Accept the offer.

The only thing left to do is wait for an official job offer.After you receive your employment clearance, this should arrive from the specific airport you applied to.If the airport doesn’t hire you, your approval will remain valid for a full year.
