Blanch Asparagus.

Blanching is a cooking technique where the food is cooked in boiling water and immediately chilled in a bath of ice water.Blanching preserves the flavor, texture, and color of asparagus.You can either serve it immediately or store it for up to a year.You can enjoy fresh asparagus with a bit of preparation.

Step 1: It’s a good idea to wash asparagus in cool water.
